What is FOCUS?

FOCUS is the annual? East Metro Economic Alliance (EMEA) event that tackles timely and compelling regional issues. The East Metro communities of Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview, and Wood Village are a dynamic and rapidly changing part of the Portland Metro Region. Committed to advocating for East Metro’s economic vitality, EMEA presents FOCUS, bringing together industry leaders and city officials to engage and “FOCUS” on a topic. Through a variety of informative interactions, participants discuss and collaborate on solutions to creatively address the development needs of our communities. The goals of this event are to:

 

Share:  Who are we and what are we doing?

Gather:  What do we have and what are you looking for?

Collaborate:  How can we overlay and leverage resources for joint success?

 

Who should attend:

Developers, builders, realtors, architects, landowners, construction leaders, city, county and state leaders, policy makers, community leaders, and nonprofit leaders.
